WELCOME TO LOV ASP FALL 2025 SESSION!!
- LOV PTO is offering an 8-week session from October 10 – December 12, 2025
- Classes will meet weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday
- All classes meet after school from 2:30 – 3:30PM
- Classes are $95 **Please note: some classes have an additional supply fee due at the time of registration
- Class size is limited. Early registration is encouraged!
- Registration closes Friday, September 19th
Please read our updated ASP policies below then click on the Registration menu for a complete list of our course catalog. Important: You do not need an account to register for a class, however, you will need to register & complete the checkout process one class at a time. This allows us to capture all necessary data for each ASP class a student registers for. We appreciate your patience and support of this valuable school FUNDRAISER!
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
ASP Dismissal
- CASA students will be checked-in to CASA at the end of ASP classes
- Parents and authorized adults will enter through side doors by the gym and pickup students directly from their assigned ASP classrooms
- ASP staff will be available on-site to direct you to your child’s ASP classroom(s)
- Parents MUST initial sign-out sheets with the ASP Instructor to complete the checkout process for each student. Please be ready to show your ID if requested.
- Pickup is promptly at 3:30PM. LOV PTO ASP offers a 15 minute grace period. Failure to pick up on time will result in a $10 late fee. The late fee must be paid in full prior to your child’s next class. You will be sent an “invoice” via School Twist. If a child is picked up late more than one time, the child will be removed from the ASP program.
- Student(s) will not be allowed to wait outside to be picked up
Enrollment & Refunds
- Classes must meet minimum enrollment of 8 students to be held
- If your child’s class is cancelled due to low enrollment, ASP will work with parents to find an alternative class for your child. If we are unsuccessful, a full refund will be processed.
- No refunds will be issued after registration closes
Attendance & Safety
- ASP participants will dismiss to the gym for daily roll call and to meet their ASP instructors
- If your student has a planned absence from their ASP classes, please send a green slip to school OR use the school’s change of dismissal QR code notifying LOV staff of the change to their dismissal routine. If the absence from ASP is last minute, please email our school registrar, Kristen Frangie at kristen.frangie@lcps.org
- ASP is a PTO sponsored event that takes place after school. The school nurse will NOT be on-site during the ASP class period. If there is a health related incident, ASP staff will contact parents and call 911, if necessary.

Make-up Policy
- We will offer up to ONE make-up class on the regularly scheduled ASP day during the week of December 15-19 for any classes cancelled due to school closure
Behavioral Policy
- ASP is an extension of the school and therefore, LCPS Code of Conduct and other rules and regulations apply during this time, as well. Please review LCPS Code of Conduct with your child. Failure to comply with any of the policies will result in immediate removal from ASP.
